Our Tanjong Pagar/Craig Road desk covers Singapore and wider APAC with originating reporting — stories that start here, not recycled wire copy. PressSpark is an independent newsroom: not a PR wire, not a marketing agency, and not a paid-placement service. Editorial decisions are made by journalists, not advertisers.
Walk-in visitors are welcome during newsroom hours, though reporters may be on assignment; calling ahead helps for press meetings or document hand-offs. For correction requests, include the article URL and the passage you believe is wrong — we aim to respond within two working days.
Partnership enquiries from legitimate media, academic or civic organisations are reviewed by the partnerships desk. We do not offer "guaranteed coverage" packages or sponsored news articles disguised as reporting. If you represent a company seeking paid placement, please read our Help Desk first.
Privacy and data-protection correspondence should go to [email protected]. General editorial contact remains [email protected].
If you have documents or a sensitive lead, say so in your message. We take source protection seriously where appropriate and will discuss secure channels if needed. Do not send classified material without prior agreement. We cannot guarantee publication of every tip.
For press accreditation at government briefings, include your outlet name and role. Freelancers should disclose commissioning editors where relevant. Whistleblowers with evidence of public interest may request anonymity — editors will advise on feasibility before you share files.
Tip-offs are evaluated on newsworthiness, verifiability and public interest. Sending a tip does not create a contract to publish. We may contact you for clarification during Singapore business hours.
All fields marked with an asterisk are required. PDPA consent must be ticked before submission.
Submissions are processed server-side during newsroom hours. Automated spam is filtered via a honeypot field and manual review. We do not sell contact details to third-party marketers.
PressSpark Media Pte. Ltd. is located at 18 Craig Road, #02-01, Singapore 089676, in the Tanjong Pagar conservation area. The nearest MRT stations are Tanjong Pagar (EW15) and Outram Park (EW16/NE3). Bus services along Neil Road and Craig Road stop within a short walk of the building.
The #02-01 unit is a street-level newsroom floor — low-rise, not a high tower office — consistent with our on-the-ground reporting posture. Reception can direct verified press visitors to the news desk during hours listed above.
An assigning editor reviews your note within two working days. Urgent public-interest tips may be escalated sooner. We may reply to ask for documents, contacts or context. Not every tip becomes a published story.
Include the article URL, the inaccurate passage and any evidence supporting the correction. Verified factual errors are amended promptly with a clear note on the article where appropriate.
Enquiries about the morning brief, membership tiers billed in SGD, or billing issues are routed to the subscriptions desk. You can also manage preferences from links in any newsletter email.
We do not accept paid placement requests through any subject line. PressSpark is journalism — Press means the news press; Spark means originating reporting. The .life domain is branding only.
Legitimate media organisations, universities and civic groups may contact us for interviews, background briefings or co-published explainers. Use the general enquiry subject and include your outlet, role and deadline. We do not guarantee availability on every request.
Commercial brands seeking "guaranteed" news coverage should note that PressSpark does not sell articles. Marketing agencies (including those using "spark" in their name) are not affiliated with us. See our mandatory Help Desk on paid placement.
Submissions are sent via POST to /send.php with Asia/Singapore timestamps. A honeypot field named website filters bots. The PDPA consent checkbox is not pre-checked — you must tick it to submit. Data is used only to respond to your enquiry per our Privacy Policy. Withdraw consent by emailing [email protected].
We retain contact messages up to twenty-four months unless an active editorial matter continues. We do not sell your email to third-party marketers.
If you cannot use this form, email [email protected] or call +65 6231 5184 during newsroom hours. We will assist by phone or post where needed.
We evaluate tips on newsworthiness and verifiability. Not every tip becomes a story. Confidentiality requests are taken seriously — discuss with editors before sending sensitive files.
